AG Maura Healey Denies Using NDAs to Cover Up Sexual Harassment Claims
An explosive drama unfolded on the House floor last month as Rep. Diana DiZoglio broke a non-disclosure agreement preventing her from making sexual harassment allegations.
DiZoglio claims she was forced to sign the agreement as an aid under former Rep. Paul Adams after discredited rumors began circulating about inappropriate behavior during a 2011 office party.
“I don’t break this (non-disclosure agreement) to attack or accuse anyone, I’m not asking for more money or threatening a lawsuit, and I will even give the severance money back if asked,” DiZoglio said. “I just want this awful practice to stop.”
