AG Maura Healey Denies Using NDAs to Cover Up Sexual Harassment Claims

An explosive drama unfolded on the House floor last month as Rep. Diana DiZoglio broke a non-disclosure agreement preventing her from making sexual harassment allegations.​​

​DiZoglio claims she was forced to sign the agreement as an aid under former Rep. Paul Adams after discredited rumors began circulating about inappropriate behavior during a 2011 office party.​

“I don’t break this (non-disclosure agreement) to attack or accuse anyone, I’m not asking for more money or threatening a lawsuit, and I will even give the severance money back if asked,” DiZoglio said. “I just want this awful practice to stop.”​
